Wrong item received

I ordered the diamond letter but received the plain one instead. This is lovely however was disappointed to see the wrong item and have not heard back with a replacement.

Sorry to say think the necklace is nice but very sharp for little ones.

This is the second item beautifully wrapped but the letter is sharp and it’s short too it gets caught on stuff too.
