 How long will it take for my order to ship?

Every order is shipped out within 24 hours on business days. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to check the status of the shipment.

How is my order shipped?

We use mainly DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and PostNL to ship all of our orders. DPD and DHL are one of the world's fastest and most reliable shipping service which aim to deliver all packages within 3 - 5 business days.

BREXIT: Will I be charged duties and taxes if I order?

UK and EU : No! You will never have to pay extra duties, taxes or additional charges upon checkout or delivery. You only pay for the jewellery and we handle all the rest for you.


There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Nimah does not have any control over these fees as of yet, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We will gladly accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our UK or European warehouse. Within 60 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please contact us at, and we will send you instructions how to return the items.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

For our jewellery to last you a lifetime, we need your help. When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for gold and silver pieces. Always remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewellery on last before heading out the door.

Do you have a warranty?

Our core beliefs are to create products and experiences that can last you a lifetime. The moment our products fail to make you smile due to any quality issues such as tarnishing or colour fading, contact us, and we'll replace it for you for free.
