Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated on your shipment’s progress. Please note that delivery times and fees will vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship globally. Delivery times and fees will depend on the destination country and local customs policies. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and might subject to customs fees depending on the carrier that will be used that is available on your country destination. Missing or Damaged Items

If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Note for Packaging Damage:

We always aim to deliver your items in great condition, and we carefully package every order to ensure they arrive safely. However, please note that if the packaging gets damaged during transit but the item itself remains fully functional, it won’t be eligible for a replacement or refund. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with the proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.

Order Modification

If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the quantity, address or product, we can usually accommodate this request within 6-12 hours of placing the order. After 6-12 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process, and modifications will no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we can process the cancellation within 6 hours of the order being placed. After 6 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process, and cancellations will no longer be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage may result in the return being rejected.

Please note:

  • Customized items (including personalised jewellery) and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and bespoke reasons.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@nimahlondon.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.


Return Shipping

  • Self Service Return

    Nimah offer a streamlined Self-Service Return process to make returns easy. Once the return cost is confirmed, our support team will send you a link to register your return. Buyers must provide a valid reason and clear supporting evidence. Nimah reserves the right to deny any return that lacks sufficient explanation or accurate documentation. Once the item is received, our Returns Team will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. You’ll be notified of the outcome via email.

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval. Once approved, we’ll send you the link to start the return process. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days (delivery costs from free shipping offers may be deducted where applicable).

  • Please allow up to 30 days in certain cases, depending on your payment provider.

  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you by email.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at info@nimahlondon.com.

  • Once approved, you may be asked to cover return shipping costs and any price difference.

  • Exchanges are issued as store credit once we have received and inspected your item, allowing you to reorder your preferred piece.


Return Denial

Nimah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Examples include:

  • Products not in original condition or packaging.

  • Products returned outside the 14-day period.

  • Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our team.


Product Appearance

Please note: product images on our website and app are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, screen variations may cause slight differences. Packaging may also differ slightly from what is shown.


Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If delivery is rejected or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. No refunds will be issued for items with valid proof of delivery. Undeliverable packages may be re-shipped at the customer’s request, with shipping fees payable by the customer.


Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We carry out strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • You will be eligible for a free exchange or a full refund.

  • Refunds for such cases will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the returned product.


Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to): severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, or actions by local/central authorities.
