How to return your item(s)

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Since May 2022, we proudly offer free returns and exchanges for all customers based in the UK, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Yes, that means we send you a pre-paid label so you can return your goods hassle-free.

Please note the following details regarding our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Personalised jewellery, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made 1/1 and therefore, cannot be restocked.
  • Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. 
  • Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund, not an exchange, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
