If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the GIFT MESSAGE section during the checkout process. This is possible after you add the items to your cart. A section at the bottom of your cart will allow you to leave a note.
Your message will be handwritten on branded Nimah stationary exactly as you have entered it on the website. Alternatively, you can select to receive a blank gift card to write your own message.

SHIPPING TIME
Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which is DPD and Royal Mail. DPD is one of the most reliable shipping companies and aims to deliver all UK & European orders between 3-5 working days. For orders outside Europe or the EU-Zone please allow 6-10 working days.
Within UK & Europe no extra customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees will be applied upon delivery. You only pay for the jewellery, and we take care of the rest. If you ever run into any issues pertaining extra fees, please send an email to info@nimahlondon.com and we will immediately sort it out for you.
For International orders outside the UK and Europe Zone any applicable fees may be applied upon delivery. This is dependent on the country of residence which we have no control over. We deliver worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. All non-customized items that has been purchased online can be returned to our UK or Netherlands studio. Within 60 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot except returns for customized items as these have been made 1/1 for you and cannot be sold again.
- All customized items are exempt from our standard return policy
- All products must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn.
- Outside the UK and Netherlands, shipping back to our studio is at the customers’ own cost.

If you do not like your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchased product price, by our studio. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and products ( in the same state that it was sold to you). For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund, not an exchange will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images. the packaging of the products may vary from that is shown on the images on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address, We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. We may re-ship an undelivered returned package upon request of the customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of resending the items.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
